Will the Gotthard slow us down?
On holiday weekends and at Easter the Gotthard road tunnel has long queues, reported by Swiss media; on ordinary days traffic flows. We plan the departure with the driver; the fixed price does not change.

Switzerland and Italy are both in Schengen, but customs checks at Chiasso happen — carry passports. Visa rules depend on your nationality (SEM list).
How does the pickup work, and what if my flight is late?
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We follow your flight, and 60 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing — so a late landing at night is covered. The price is fixed per car, the same day and night.
Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup. Prefer WhatsApp? Book there at the same price.
