Terms of booking

1. Who we are

RideCHE is a booking service operated by GG Services Limited (Hong Kong). We act as a booking agent: transport is performed by licensed drivers and partner carriers in Switzerland whom we select. We are responsible for the booking and for arranging a replacement if the assigned car cannot come.

2. Prices

Prices on the site are per vehicle, one way unless stated, in US dollars, and include the car, the driver, fuel, the motorway vignette, car trains where used and parking. Franc amounts are indicative at about CHF 0.82 per US$. Entrance tickets, guides (unless booked), meals and accommodation are not included. The price is confirmed in writing (booking confirmation, WhatsApp or email) before the trip; that confirmation is the contract.

3. Payment

Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or pay 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if cancelled 24h+ before pickup (multi-day trips: 7+ days before the start). The cash part is paid to the driver in Swiss francs, euros or US dollars.

4. Waiting

At airports waiting starts at the actual landing time; 60 minutes are free, then $50 per started 30 minutes. At other pickups 15 minutes are free. On transfers, stops of up to 30 minutes in total are included.

5. Cancellation by you

Transfers and day trips: free, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before pickup. Multi-day trips (2 days or more): free up to 7 days before the start. Later cancellations or no-shows: the online payment is kept; for bookings without online payment we may charge up to 50% of the price.

6. Changes outside our control

If roads or passes are closed by the authorities or by weather (snow, avalanche closures, closed passes), or the driver judges a road unsafe, you choose a free new date or a refund of anything paid for the part not performed. We are not liable for flight cancellations, but we move your booking free of charge if you tell us.

7. Luggage and passengers

Tell us the number of passengers and bags; we assign a vehicle that fits. Child seats are free on request. Smoking is not allowed in the cars. Seat belts are required for every passenger.

8. Complaints

Write to us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the trip; we reply within 3 working days.
