See your price →

Side meetings in Davos Platz and Dorf, a hotel in Klosters, a late flight out of Zurich: one driver who knows the WEF traffic rules.

What changes in Davos during the WEF?

For the 2026 forum, the Cantonal Police Grisons and the municipality of Davos published traffic orders: closed and one-way streets, restricted zones and waiting areas. The 2027 orders are expected in the same form before the forum — we follow them, and the driver plans pick-ups around them.

Book early: in WEF week the number of cars and drivers in Davos is limited.

Transfer or a car for the day?

Arriving and staying put: the transfer from Zurich Airport is enough. Several meetings a day, a hotel outside Davos or guests to collect: take the full day — up to 10 hours with one driver, from $1,700 (≈ CHF 1,401).

How does the pickup work, and what if my flight is late?

The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We follow your flight, and 60 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing — so a late landing at night is covered. The price is fixed per car, the same day and night.

Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup. Prefer WhatsApp? Book there at the same price.
