How to get to Engelberg for skiing from ZRH
Engelberg is about 101 km from Zurich Airport — roughly 1 h 18 min by car in normal traffic. It is the closest big ski area to Zurich, via Lucerne and Stans, with Titlis above the village. Winter driving: tyres, chains, skis
From November to April our cars run on winter tyres and carry snow chains; the driver decides when to fit them. Skis and boot bags fit — tell us how many pairs when you book so we send a car with enough space.
Saturdays in high season are change-over days: allow extra time to and from the airport.
How does the pickup work, and what if my flight is late?
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We follow your flight, and 60 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing — so a late landing at night is covered. The price is fixed per car, the same day and night.
Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup. Prefer WhatsApp? Book there at the same price.
