Do we need passports between Geneva and France?
Both countries are in Schengen, but customs checks happen — carry passports or ID cards. Visa rules depend on your nationality (SEM list).

Why are winter Saturdays slow?
Saturdays are change-over days in the French resorts; allow extra time and book a later return flight if you can. The fixed price does not change with traffic.
How does the pickup work, and what if my flight is late?
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We follow your flight, and 60 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing — so a late landing at night is covered. The price is fixed per car, the same day and night.
Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup. Prefer WhatsApp? Book there at the same price.
